Why We Built This Site
Kentucky provides public access to many court and county records, but Jessamine County records are not held by one office. Circuit, Family, District, and Business Court case files begin with the Jessamine Circuit Court Clerk at the Court Complex in Nicholasville. Marriage licenses, land records, recorded wills, and eCCLIX access belong to the separately elected Jessamine County Clerk. Jail and booking questions run through the Detention Center, while law-enforcement records and warrant questions may involve the Sheriff's Office or city police.

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Kentucky court, clerk's office, sheriff's office, jail, county department, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document, recorded instrument, marriage record, divorce certificate, or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific Kentucky case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, holiday closure, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. A Jessamine County court document must come from the appropriate court clerk, and a County Clerk recording must come from the County Clerk's office.
